Up for auction again (due to non-paying, no contact bidder) is my very clean and well taken care of 2003 Ford F-150 Lightning, in the very desirable Sonic Blue, 1 of 723. This has been my daily driver since September of 2012. I have had no problems or any thing mechanical go wrong with this Lightning. I wouldn't be afraid to drive it any where. Current mileage is 151489, but you can't tell it by the condition; nobody ever believes me when I tell them. Looks and drives like a 80K miles truck. I bought this truck to drive, not to be a "garage queen". The 2003 models come with a tow package (extra leaf and a tow hitch), 3.73 gears and an aluminum driveshaft. Also the 2003 models have the revised cylinder heads to eliminate problems with the spark plug threads. Included, but not pictured, is the SVT Owner's Manual pouch that has "SVT: embroidered; in very nice shape. Engine: The 5.4 2V Supercharged engine is completely stock. The only modification is a K&N Cold Air kit. Right after purchasing in September '12 I cleaned the intercooler. Also, the intercooler pump was replaced early 2013 with a Ford factory replacement. The blower is stock and has not been ported. The blower pulleys are stock, as well. Transmission: The transmission is stock and has no problems Exhaust: The manifolds and cats are stock, but it has a Borla Cat-Back Suspension: The suspension has been lowered with the Ford Racing Springs and Shackles kit from LMR. Upper control arms were replace about 9 months ago. Other Modifications: Also installed is a Diablosport tune, via the handheld tuner. Body: The body is in great shape with no rust. There is small ding/dent near the tailgate handle and a couple of very small door dings on each door. Interior: The driver's seat is torn near the left bolster. The carpet has a small hole on the driver's side where my foot rest. The cupholder spring is currently broken. This is actually the second one I have installed Sound system: The truck has a custom sound system that sounds amazing. It has a Pioneer Double Din head unit, part # AVH-x2600BT; Apline Amp, part #PCX-5; two small subs in boxes behind seats and custom speakers in each door. Maintenance: Oil has been changed every 5k miles with Motorcraft 5w20 Synthetic and Motorcraft oil filter. The K&N filter has been serviced every 10K miles Brakes: The brakes were serviced about 9 months ago; new F/R pads and rotors. Tires/Wheels: Tires are in great shape. 295/45R18 Nitto 555s. All four tires were replaced about 18 months ago. The wheels are in great shape with no curb rash, just some minor small scratches. I actually take off the wheels to wash them
