This CAR has a SALVAGE - certificate of a vehicle(title) in the state of Texas. The water level was below of the center of the wheel. We do not know why insurance company issued a salvage title. There is no other damage, that we have already described. We can get you blue Texas rebuilt title, if your state requires, within 3-4 weeks after we will receive a full payment. There will be a remark salvaged or water/flood on the rebuilt blue title, in the remark section, to let people know, that it had a previous salvage history, but it is rebuilt now. Insurance company was not able to read the miles, because there was no key in the car, at that moment. So they announced and titled the car NOT ACTUAL MILES. The car will be sold, and titled, as not actual miles. But the miles you see on the car, are actual miles.
