This 57 started life in California as a 210 6 cylinder 3 speed manual transmission. I purchased it from local gentleman that has owned it the last 46 years. Has not been on the road for last 10 years. It was sitting on blocks under a tarp in storage. I towed it home an did what was necessary to get it in good driving condition. Over the years it has had the 6 cylinder replaced with a 283, Hurst floor shift, dual exhaust, traction bars, Cragars, and Bel Air trim added. Driver quality paint on what appears to be all original no hit body and panels. Something spilled on trunk and lifted paint in an area on trunk, small spot that has paint blister on lower middle section of left front fender, and factory lead joints on top of quarter panels have small blisters in finish. see photos. The only rust on body that I could see was a 6" X 2" rust thru on left inner rocker. Rockers appear to be original. Small area below drivers foot location in floor pan just starting to rust thru. All body supports solid. Headliner, door panels, rear side panels, sill plates, and weather strip were replaced before going in storage. Good stainless trim and glass, all chrome is pitted " rear bumper center section pitted bad on top area. Radio makes static, fuel gauge bounces around and does not read correct.Top of rear seat sun baked and has black tape covering it. All lights and gauges work, Has hand choke, remote horn button.True mileage unknown. Just serviced and ready to cruise as is or take to the next level. Call with any questions Ph. 419-733-8551.
