For sale; 2008 Jeep wrangler 4x4 with factory hardtop. My friend owned this jeep and the insurance company totaled it due to flood, hurricane Harvey. The jeep got a little water in the area where the jack is located. Other than that he ran and drove it when the water went down the next day. The insurance company took it and paid him out. I then found it at the auction company and bought it. I cleaned it interior and exterior, checked all the fluids, changed the oil and rear end fluid and been driving it on my property. The jeep is original except all 5 tires are like new. 4 have approx. 90% life and spare is new. Everything works as it should including the 4wd. He is an older gentleman and told me he never had it in 4wd and never took the T-tops off. I have done both to check it. It is titled as Texas Nonrepairable Vehicle. Which means it can't be rebuilt or repaired and put back on the highway in Texas. It can be parted out or whatever. I don't know about other states so you will have to check with your state DMV for the laws and regulations. My thought was to knock 5k off the NADA price for someone wanting to make it a ranch vehicle or rock crawler. I will provide the signed title and bill of sale to you.
