1966 Chevrolet Malibu convertible project with a lot of parts. Car has a current Vermont registration in my name. There is not a standard title as Vermont does not have titles for cars over 25 years old. Will also provide a bill of sale. The car is currently in Ohio. The car had an interior fire and so there are several new or refurbished interior parts for the car. Structurally the car needs the floor pans replaced, and I have new pans for each side that need to be installed. There is one rear of floor cross support that also needs to be replaced. No windshield. I have original seats that have been re-upholstered, kick panels and door panels in excellent condition, restored console with working clock. A complete dash with restored gauges, SS ones, see pictures. Original 283 V8 engine with the original power glide transmission. There is rust and holes at the windshield sides and top sections. I have a new section to be welded in for the lower section. The rear quarters are in very good condition , but I don't think they are original. $500 non refundable down payment due within 24 hrs of auction end. The previous owner had planned to convert the car to an air conditioned car so he purchased most of the A/C components such as evaporator box, different air flow boxes for under the dash, an A/C dash panel and also a section of the firewall that would need to be inserted in place of the original to accommodate the A/C firewall boxes. I you do not want to make that modification, I have a standard dash that I can provide instead of the A/C dash that is now in the car.
