We verified that the car starts & moves under its own power. The fluids in the engine and transmission are clean, and the powertrain is mechanically sound. The radio & a/c controls power up and seem to be working however the water was definitely up to the bottom part of the seat cushion because the power driver seat doesn't move. This is an easy repair project for any mechanically inclined person, the seats and carpets need to be removed and dried and any electronics that need to be replaced are readily available used online or even right here on eBay. We have made no repairs and are selling this vehicle AS IS with a PA salvage title.
