NO RESERVE - LOCAL PICKUP ONLYYou are bidding on a 1986 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce Convertible finished in the rare gold color. I bought the car in August 1990 with an odometer reading of 37,875 miles. The odometer froze at 52,232 in 2000. I have receipts showing 49,673 miles, new tires, in May, 1998 and 51,381miles at November 1999. My estimate is the car has no more 75,000 miles, probably closer to 70,000 miles, since I never replaced the tires since 1998 and they look fine. Over the years all required maintenance and repairs have been done. The top was replaced in 1997 and looks fine. The clutch, master cylinder, u bolts, engine mounts, and stabilizer links have all been replaced. The ac has been serviced twice and blows cold. The car has always been garage kept and is in excellent mechanical condition. The car looks very good except for faded paint on front fenders and rear trunk. There is no rust on the car. The car was hit in the rear in 1995 and all the rear lenses had to be replaced, no body damage except for the plastic piece below the license plate. I’m selling the car because it is getting too expensive to keep shipping it back and forth between NY and FL for the number of times I drive it. The car is now in Boynton Beach, FL. The car has the original leather interior, no rips, and power windows. The door panels need new clips. If you are looking for a really nice, well maintained Alfa, you will love this car.
