This Packard Is a project or parts car with a title. The car does have a substantial amount of eroded and deteriorated Metal in the sheet metal and Frame. The rear wheel are locked up. If you are a serious bidder ask all questions and be clear before you bid. This car does have a lot of usable and restorable parts and components or be used as a great pattern to fabricate you restoration. Most of the original air intake cleaner is in the trunk of the car. The car is being sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee given and or expressed. No shipping but will help load. Packard did not restrict itself to model year change overs until 1951 unlike other automobile manufactures and the series was marketed until mid 1949. The title I have states 1947.
