Up for auction is an Amazing 2004 Honda Rune in the rarest and most exotic color Illusion Blue! This bike is a pure Dream to drive. I have yet to enter this bike into a bike show and not win. It is unique in every way and draws a crowd Anywhere you take it. You can read up on the Honda Rune story but they really did create a piece of art with this masterpiece. This bike has been adult owned its entire life and sadly rarely out as you can tell by the Low milage. Always covered and looks amazing especially at different angles as the Illusion Blue morphs from Blue to a purple color as the light hits it. Honda spared no expense on this paint job. The bike has run synthetic oil since new and has Many Custom features that perfectly match this bikes style. Approximately $3,000+ in add on's alone! There is a Windvest windscreen with an adjustable Tall Cee Bailey shield. Easily removable with the Custom (1 off) mounts with bike logo made with a waterjet and custom polished. On the custom mount is a universal Ram mount system for any feature you like but I am including a Very nice Garmin integrated GPS mount. (GPS is Not included sorry...) GPS has custom illuminated switch on bikes side panel shown in pictures. Also included are Custom waterjet stainless Rune Logo covers that are also blue LED illuminated. The bike stands out, why not show it off. Also switch activated. Custom made stainless rigid rear foot pegs (fold up) with mounts included should you opt for a Corbin dual seat to bring along a passenger. (Corbin seat not included!) Temp gauge to monitor that Massive 6 cylinder engine and a really nice old school Cragar rear mag spinner. The bike was setup with Massive New Avon tires front and rear to give it the stance it Deserves. Maybe 400 miles on them since install. A new Duralast Sport battery was added this week to ensure the new owner a trouble free ride. Finally, the bike includes the Very rare Honda issued coffee table Rune book in Illusion Blue still wrapped with the Honda welcome letter for the True Rune experience. The driver foot pegs on this bike are Incredible and Extremely hard to find!! Last I seen this sold stand alone they went for over $650. Very hard to find and absolutely priceless for long drive comfort without sacrificing the Beautiful styling of the Rune. These look Perfect like the factory would have done it! Also, this bike is setup with the Custom ($450) chrome riser kit for a more comfortable riding position raising the bars up and slightly back. Great add on! The bike also has a Really nice ($250) custom throttle lock (like cruise control) for those long highway miles. I'm sure there is more but there are so many details......Thanks for viewing. New update. Today I did a complete brake fluid flush and bleed as it would be due by year end. Worth the time and as a new owner last thing you would want to do is crack into maintenance with summer running out! Done every year just for safety.. Also found a custom Rune lift adaptor that I will include as I have no use for it. Very useful for doing general service and oil changes. Think I paid $125 for it? Listing now as a buy it now.
