The vehicle currently has 78,515 miles as of Aug 2017 when it was removed from service as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The vehicle appears to drive well with no apparent issues present. The tires have approximately 10-20% tread remaining on the tires. The exterior is in poor condition. The front bumper has scratches present, primarily on the passenger side. The hood has some light scratches & a couple of minor, light dents present. The roof has a plugged & sealed hole present towards the rear from where an antenna was previously mounted, along with some minor surface corrosion present in a few spots. The chrome finish is flaking off of the grille. The driver side front fender has residual adhesive present from where identifying decals were previously installed. The driver side swing out door has some minor, light scratches present. The bed has multiple scratches, dents, significant corrosion/rust present, & 11 small screw holes on the top edges present from where tool boxes were previously mounted. The tailgate has the top trim piece missing, is dented & scratched. The passenger side step bar is missing/broken off. The passenger side door & passenger side swing out door has light scratches & dings present. The passenger side front fender has a few small rock chips present. The interior is in fair condition. The cloth driver seat cushion was replaced with a vinyl seat cushion and is starting to wear through. There is a small area where paint is stained on the carpet behind the driver seat. The dash has a small rectangular cutout present to the left of the stereo/climate controls from where a switch was previously mounted & has five (5) small screw holes present in the lower dash from where an emergency radio/controls were previously mounted. The finish is worn on the radio buttons. There are two (2) small screw holes & indentations at the front edge of the headliner & rear edge of the headliner each from where emergency lighting was previously installed. The brake pad is missing from the brake pedal. There are four (4) small screw holes present in the center console storage area from where an emergency radio mic was previously mounted. This vehicle was serviced on a 120-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in May 2017 at 77,278 miles. Other repairs to this vehicle include the following items. In Apr 2017, at 77,199 miles, the tailgate linkage was lubricated. In Dec 2016, one wiper blade was replaced. In Mar 2016, at 72,638 miles, the alternator was replaced. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process.
