This 1965 Mustang was comprehensively restored by a previous owner, and has been turning heads ever since. It starts, runs and drives well, and is road ready and a pleasure to drive.The car has a 289 C Code original engine with automatic transmission. It has factory air conditioning that blows cold. It also has power steering. The body is solid (believed to be all metal, no plastic or bondo). Grill, trim etc. are all in good condition with the exception of chrome tail pipes have surface rust, and a limited amount of rust on rear bumper.There are a few minor blemishes in the paint but overall the exterior still has a terrific shine. The interior is in very good conditions, no tears, rips or sags. The dashboard is also in excellent condition, and all gauges work. The upholstery is in good condition and was replaced with a cloth/vinyl fabric. The front seat was replaced with a bench seat with a folding armrest Under the hood everything runs and has been well maintained. It has a new radiator, new carburetor, distributor, plugs, high volt coil, and upgraded to electronic ignition. Door tag (see photo) reads 65A C 28 18 B 71 6 6 The car is being sold "as is".
