PAYMENT TERMS FOR THIS AUCTION ARE IN CASH AND IN PERSONIf you use a shipping service whoever picks up must pay in cash. No exceptions. 1989 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat 2 door 4WD Pickup Truck Restored this truck can sell for $10K or more. Showroom condition restoration can sell for $12K - $15K. Check the prices others of this year and model are selling for. Needs work. Running poorly. I have most of the pieces not shown in the pictures such as the radio bezel, dash panel, etc as well as other accessories like new chrome valve covers, new oil pump, 2" drop spring mounts for the rear, windshield wiper and more yet to be installed. All of that is included. Has a full bed liner. I was driving this every day. It ran great. Didn't smoke, didn't drink oil. I had a problem with the ECU at one point but after replacing it, it ran great again for the next several months. The 5.0L V8 has been around for years and proven itself to be a great motor in many different vehicles. Then it died. I was able to get it running again by turning the distributor all the way to its' stop but it ran poorly. When I bought the truck it had no history of the timing chain and gears being replaced which could be the cause of the issue. It might be the distributor. It might be the gears on the distributor shaft and/or oil pump. One of those could be the problem but I'm only guessing. I have other projects and don't have time to do this one justice. Please look at the pictures carefully and happy bidding! There is a non-refundable deposit necessary to insure the winner shows up and brings the proper amount of cash. The winning bid is the sale price. If you have a zero rating as a buyer here on eBay please message me through this auctions' "Ask a question" link before bidding as the deadbeat who "won" this truck a couple of weeks ago didn't pay and had a zero rating.
