Rare 2005.5 A4 Avant Quattro station wagon. Super practical and very fun to drive! Plenty of space and power. All wheel drive!Leather seats Power seats Sun roof Climate control Power windows Foldable back seats allow to expand cargo space Premium wheels Heated front and rear seats All weather mats Some of the most recent work done: Timing belt service (Timing belt, pulleys, tensioners, water pump, etc) on 8/15/14. Mileage 126610 Replaced timing chain, Tensioner on 9/22/14. Mileage 127452 Replaced head gasket + Complete cylinder R/R on 10/13/14 Turbocharger replaced (Borg Warner) 9/15 High pressure fuel pump R/R 12/11/15. Mileage 138814 New tires on 04/10/16. Mileage 144023 Rear rotors/pads replaced on 7/1/16 (Brembo). Mileage 147677 PLEASE NOTE: The car was involved in a deer run-over and the front bumper/grille is a little damaged which is visible in the photos. Also, when this happened the flex pipe connecting the catalytic converter with the exhaust system was punctured (easy, inexpensive fix) which resulted in a louder then normal operation and intermittent check engine light due to car running lean. As a result of this, the A/C line was also severed and needs replacement. I have a brand new A/C line which will be included with the sale. All it will need then is installation and an A/C system charge. There is a slow coolant leak which just may be one of the system's hose clamps. Currently there is a problem with the reverse gear. When switching in reverse on a cold engine and uphill, the reverse gear will not engage. On flat surfaces there is no problem. After the car warms up there is no problem. I have been told that this may be a selenoid issue. I truly love this car as I hope so will the new owner. It needs a little TLC and it is reflected in the low starting bid. There is no noticeable rust on the body or undercarriage of the vehicle. ____________________ Otherwise the car runs and drives and I would not hesitate to drive this fine example of German engineering far as CA and back today!
