This is a used scooter. I used it myself when I started college. I have not used it for a year. I had a cover that would protect it during the winter, but it became damaged and was blown off, so their has been more wear and tear that has happened to the scooter. The scooter currently doesn't run, but it shows promise when the keys are plugged in with power still in its battery. But for this price, no lies even in its bad condition this is a steal of a deal. I don't want to waste time, I just want to sell it. Buy it, take it to a shop, fix it up, and you will find that its a steal of a deal even with the expenses of repairs.
