2008 VW Jetta 2.5 SE. ***PLEASE READ**** I've been burned a couple times already. This will be my third attempt to sell this car on eBay.Do not ask me to end my listing, if you happen to hit the reserve before the end of the auction, just because you are the high bidder. I want the auction to complete so we are both protected under eBay transaction guidelines. Also, don't ask me what my reserve is or what the lowest I will take. Also if you are winning bidder, I expect you to buy the vehicle when you arrange to come for pickup, don't try to haggle with me over price. Whatever the auction ends at is the price I expect you to pay. At the end of the auction, I expect $250. This covers my cost to sell on eBay as well as holds the car. Please Do not pay in full by PayPal. Certified check or cash will be accepted at pickup, just subtract this amount from the payment. Current ConditionThe car is in very good condition. Oil has been changed every 10k. At list, the current mileage is 69,000 miles... for 2008 that is really good!!! Tires are in good shape plenty of treads although not matching, I just replaced front driver side tire. No dash lights on. Break pads are good. I had the rear door locking mechanism replaced (April 2017) as it went bad. The part cost me $250 OEM. I have some service records but not all. On the left rear door, there are some minor nics in the paint finish, I think a detail shop should be able to handle this (see pic). if this concerns you. The headlights do have a slight haze to them, I have tried to buff them as best as I could. (see pic) Also, the aluminium trim around the windows have slight oxidation (see pic) The car would benefit from a wax, I just have not had time to do that, some swirl marks exist on driver fender and a clay bar could help remove them.
