Vehicle Detail
Im selling my 1963 Lincoln Continental. I have had it for many years and have invested a lot of time and money to make it a great running and driving car. It is a great driver the motor runs great and the transmission shifts perfectly. It is fantastic to take out for a night on the town. Everyone loves it and comments on it. It always gets looks. It is not completely finished but all of the important things are done. Mechanically its motor was rebuilt at 99,000 miles. All new internals were installed in the original 430 engine. The transmission is original also. The exhaust, braking system battery A/C system and tires are all in great condition having been replaced as well. The interior was all redone to the original color and material. The A/C blows cold and the heat is hot. There are still several things that will need to be done. The dash has some cracks, the windshield has a crack that is not in the driver view so I never replaced it. The rear springs are original and are a little weak but have never cause me a problem. I have replaced several front end steering parts but not all of them. The car steers and drives straight so I saw no need to replace anything other than what needed to be replaced. The car was painted the beautiful bright white by its previous owner. The paint is not the original color. The car was originally a light blue color like the interior. The paint still shines nice when it is clean. The paint job is starting to crack and peel in a couple places. There are normal rock chips in a few places and a couple small bubbles on the hood area. I have been honest and straight forward about the condition of the car. It is a great driver looks nice and people love seeing it. It does have its imperfections and still needs finishing but if you want a great fun beautiful piece of history this is the luxury car for you. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with the way this car looks and drives. I have loved it for years and now am moving on to my next project. Please don't hesitate to ask me questions or for more pics if you need them. Anyone is welcome to come drive the car and see for yourself what your bidding on. Please bid to win and remember this is a 54 year old classic car. The car is being sold as is. I will be happy to help get it to a truck once you have arranged for its shipping and the balance has been paid in full. Quick video 63 Lincoln https://youtu.be/X5y_epISnl8
