I acquired this first year edition (K0) of the Honda CT90 earlier this year. It had been stored inside a storage unit for at least 10 years. It is an original CA Black plate bike with only 3657 actual miles and in amazing condition for it's age. While attempting to keep it as original as possible(especially the paint), it was necessary to replace most of the plastic and rubber parts that had deteriorated from such long term storage. Some of those parts were the tires and tubes, hand grips, both seats,all 4 cables, fuel lines, the headlight case and trim ring, both side covers, and all the decals including new tank decals. I also installed a new drive chain as well as two new rear view mirrors. The exhaust system was cleaned and has no holes and presentable chrome. Mechanically, I had a local, Honda trained, vintage bike mechanic completely go thru the entire bike. He changed all the fluids, rebuilt the carburetor, replaced a oil seal or two, adjusted the valves, installed a new plug and plug end, replaced the points, adjusted the valves and set the timing. It starts on first kick and runs very well for a 51 year old motorcycle.Included in the sale are an Owners Manual, Parts Manual and a Clymer's Service Manual. A Bill of Sale only will be provided as the Title was misplaced and it is out of the CA DMV system. I'm selling it as I have several other projects waiting to be restored.
