This car starts and drives but has no breaks.Might need master cylinder or power booster. Needs some body and paint work. Door panels have new backing but they are not installed on the doors. Trunk area is very solid and has new vinyl mat. Frame and under body is solid. Dash pad is very dry as the car originated out west - Utah to be exact.
