Finished in Alpine white over grey, this first year OBD-1 E36 TI hatchback has been driven just over 204,000 miles since new. It sports a great running 190 horsepower 2.8 liter "M52" six cylinder engine [from a 1998 528i] mated to the factory 5 speed manual transmission. This "SLICKTOP" NON-SUNROOF E36-chassis 318ti features 17" E36 M3 wheels with near-new rubber, ice cold a/c and nice black-out trim. It is being sold with a clear and clean Arizona title. This is a great value here for the cost of the sales tax alone on a new 3 series sedan! THE BODY AND TRIM The exterior of this car is in FAIR but 99.99% RUST-FREE condition overall. It has a nice stance with blacked out trim, nice M3 wheels with light curb rash, the one missing rear side moulding has been installed since the photos, sizeable crack on right side of windshield, along with various nicks, scratches, fading, touch ups and other cosmetic blemishes. THE INTERIOR The interior of this 1985 BMW is in FAIR condition overall. The POSITIVES include ICE COLD A/C, working electric windows, gaues, odometer, lights, horn and blinkers. The not-so-great include torn passenger seat upholstery, loose door panel, missing radio, loose obd panel, ABS light illuminated and general wear, tear and soiling. THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE This 1995 BMW starts perfectly with excellent running 2.8 liter engine, nice shifting transmission, excellent braking, tight and responsive steering, crisp, tossable handling and taut ride. Imperfections include what appears to be noisy clutch throwout bearing and a bit of wear to the front suspension components.
