Vehicle Detail
I have for auction a 1977 Honda CT125 in excellent condition. It is also known as a Trail 125 farm bike or agriculture bike. It is very rare, 1 year only. Most of these were used hard on a farm, so to find one in this condition is truly unique. Everything works perfect, lights, turn signals, horn, speedo, gauge indicator lights, etc. It runs as it should, like a brand new Honda. Shifts smoothly, starts right up, very quite. The paint is amazing! Deep red and very shiny. The gas tank has absolutely no dents or dings. It still carries its original hand guards, case savers, kick stand protector and even the fully enclosed chain guard, which is usually gone on this model. The huge original mud flaps are in amazing condition. Stock handlebar grips are soft, all cables as well. The chrome is also very shiny and nice. The rack is unique to this model, very large. The seat I would say is perfect. Super soft and no blems at all. Zero rust in gas tank. Original tool kit as well. Overall, as the many pictures show, a very sweet machine. California plated and clear title in my name. Imperfections are: small scratches on front fender. The muffler has some corrosion as seen in the picture, very typical of this bike. The indicator light on the headlamp bucket is missing. A very small scratch on gas tank. There is a slight discoloration on some of the rear spokes. The sticker on the right side cover has a slight tear, as shown in the picture. All very minor stuff. I do my best to be honest about this bike. I entered it in the All Japanese Vintage Motorcycle Show at the San Jose Fairgrounds in 2015. Going against over 120 stunning original and restored bikes, this bike won the top award, "Promotors Choice" ...He said out of all the bikes at the show, this is the one he would most want to load into his truck and take home. If you want a very rare, eclectic, funky, beautiful bike for your collection, this would be the bike. You wont see very many around, if at all, and none in this condition. Bid with confidence, this is a no reserve auction! I have 100% feedback. Bike is in my collection located in Campbell, Ca near San Jose. I will work with your shipper. Thanks for looking! Tom * I listed the year as a 1978 in the title, but its actually a 1977...ebay wont let me change it.
