Please read entire description. This is a 2005 Audi S4 Convertible. Overall, appears to be in ok condition, but it does have a number of areas that need attention. The positives is it does start up run and drive, the body is in overall good condition, only 100k miles, clean CarFax. The S4 comes equipped with 4wd, 340HP V8 engine and Tiptronic automatic transmission. The blue exterior is good, though it may still have some parking lot scratches and the bumpers have some minor cracks. Interior is fair, with the rear seats having significant tears. Convertible top is keeping every thing dry, but the rear window is starting to separate from the out layer. Condition: Please review the pictures. Though it is running and driving, there are a couple areas that need to be addressed. First, front brake pads are very worn, and are in need of immediate replacement. It will stop, but distances are increased. Indicator light is on for the brakes. The power steering pump is noisy, likely a bearing, but that is not a diagnosis, only speculation. It works, but it is noisy. Power accessories are only partially working. Specifically, the power windows, door locks, mirrors, trunk release, and power top are all not operational. Now, this may scare most, but I suspect it is the door mechanism on the drivers side door that needs replacement. If you Google this, you will find pages of reports where this electronic door handle can get wet and become non-operational for any or all of these failures. Currently, the top is up, drivers side window is down, but we are keeping it under cover. The door mechanism is electronic, which will cause the windows, door, locks, trunk, etc to not open/close. Battery has a drain on it so it loses charge after a few days, but the battery is also out of warranty, so might be due for replacement as well. Hood struts are weak, not a big deal. Lastly, passenger front wheel is heavily curb washed and tire has significant rubber on sidewall missing. We have not run significant tests nor diagnostic on the car, so there could be other areas needing attention, or it could be nothing more than the areas I have described. Normally we would fix these areas and offer for sale. Our new showroom is under construction, but we have lost our inside storage until completed. We are not wanting to expose this to the elements, so we are offering up for a quick sale. Please inspect, ask questions, etc PRIOR to bidding.
