This is an amazing 85 VF 1000 R in great shape. This bike has a clear title in my name and is current on registration. The bike runs flawlessly and rides even better. The bike just had a tune up last week and all fluids including oil, antifreeze, brake and clutch were changed along with spark plugs. I just had the carbs professsionally cleaned and serviced so they look and perform like new. The carbs are synced and also I put on new intake boots, fuel pump, fuel shutoff, fuel lines, fuel filter and k&n air filter. The throttle response is crisp and smooth and it runs amazing. I also put on a new set of grips, motobatt gel battery and new exhaust gaskets on the slip ons. The right pipe has a small dent as seen in pics. When I bought the bike I didn't notice at the time it had been painted and to me the red is just a touch off. I tried to show it with the front fork pic with the oem color vs the red that is currently is painted. Other than that as seen from the pics the bike still has great color to it and the paint job still looks excellent. The tank has a very small dent on the left side at the end of the honda decal as seen in pics. This bike is very clean with no damge to the cowls. The seat cowl has the rear tab broke off and a couple stress cracks on the top but not very noticeable. No disappointments with this bike!!! This bike is being sold as is with no warranty.
