For sale by 2nd owner is a 2004 Mercury Sable LS Premium Sedan.I bought this from a co-worker's dad who was a meticulous and loving owner since he purchased it from the dealer new in '04. No expense was spared while maintaining it, with every repair and service done at a local mechanic near Oceanside, CA.I have had it for a couple years and it's been a great car for me. Since I've owned it, I've done the back brakes, replaced the whole parking brake assembly, new battery (1.5 years old now), new front struts and lower ball joints, and have had the oil changed and tires rotated every 2500-3000 miles. 2 keys, 2 operational remotes for keyless entry (one worn).Engine is great. Still has good power, idles well. No problems there!The leather is in great shape and I've conditioned it with Meguiar's leather conditioner twice a year including just recently. The interior is very clean (floor mats a bit worn in the front but they're beige, so you know... it happens. Back seat is super comfortable and the leather is in great shape there too.All electronics and windows work. Moonroof is good too. Exterior has some minor scrapes, dings, and chips, to be expected of a car of this age. I've done my best to show them all in the pictures. I'd say relative to age and miles, it's a about a 7.5/10 outside and an 9/10 inside.I have upgraded the speakers to Kicker 6x8 components in the front and 6x9s in the rear. I have installed an Alpine CD Receiver CDE-HD149BT to run them and this is an excellent deck that was 300+ new. It includes bluetooth with a microphone that was professionally installed above the mirror. It has bluetooth audio as well as a USB in the glovebox. This is a pretty nice system that I will include if your offer is good. If you lowball and I accept, I may not include this deck with bluetooth and leave the speakers with the original factory system to power it (no bluetooth, USB or Aux input...) This part is subject to negotiation, let's talk about it.The Auto A/C and Heat work great, but some engine smells seem to get in if not using the internal circulation function (I use internal circulation each time I get in). All lights work, including fog lights and interior lights.Car has the original transmission and the driver seat is loose to the inside so it slouches a bit. Tires are a little less than 50% I believe (I'm not an expert on tire life). The moonroof has a plastic rectangular ring that is broken, but moonroof still opens, closes, and tilts perfectly. Front windows creak a little when they close. Rear passenger taillight assembly has some condensation.Registration is good through July, clean title in hand.
