This build started life as a v-10 automatic.with the help of a donor truck,we began with taking the body off frame and installing a hide a hitch goose neck.we removed the other trans and engine.we removed the cummins and the nv4500.i completely rebuilt the trans with upgraded main shafts 5th gear nut with American built bearings and brass synchros.and upgraded the clutch to a valair 13'' flywheel and dual organic discs.I have ceramic if you want them they were just a little to grabby for my liking.. we rebuilt the hd 241 transfer case with all American parts chain and bearings and seals.we had a one piece billet aluminum drive shaft built for us.we rebuilt the dana 80 with new American bearings and seals the ring and pinion looked great.clutches work in the posi unit.the gear ratio is 3.54 we replaced all the wheel bearings and seals in the front dana 60 with the best parts nothing spared the four wheel drive works perfectly and will go just about any where you want to go..rancho 9000's all way around. new drilled rotors and ceramic pads and severe duty shoes and drums in the rear.new ball joints upper and lower and all worn steering parts replaced.the engine got disassembled cleaned and checked all seals replaced .the head was sent to drive train unlimited for the machine work arp head studs installed and a valve job done with all new intake and exhaust heavy duty springs for the 4'' bd exhaust brake .the injection pump was gone though and up graded with 191 delivery valves and 150 horse bocsh injectors timing was set at 14.5 degrees.,a fass fuel system was added,with all pillar gauges,a water temp gauge was also added to keep an eye on things.all new a/c compressor condenser water pump and killer dowel pin rectified.new vacuum pump and p.s. pump replaced new radiator.the we topped off the engine with Diesel Power Source 64mm Over S480 TWIN TURBOS and exiting with a custom 4'' down pipe all the way back to the performance muffler and tip.then we had noel at Bryan upholstery sew up the ostrich style covers and replace the head liner and visors.a new sony cd player was added and all the speakers were replaced and a life time xm receiver added so you will never run out of good music ever.we than straightened out the rust free body sealed it and layered 3 coats of midnight black and 3 coats of euro clear on the body .we added a 4 gal military air tank and a high pressure air compressor under the hood with gauge and controls in cab with a set of really loud air horns.to let any one in front of you that you mean business..also we added high intensity 125 watt lights out front for those late night runs.and when backing up we added 60 watt back up lights.also side steps were added .and to keep us going longer we added a head ache rack and a 100 gal fuel tank and tool box to the bed with a wired in pump.and rounding it out we added a new set of duravis m700 series full steel caucus tires to get the job done.This truck runs and drives truly amazing it has all the power you need to get those big jobs done it is the best riding 3500 i have ever owned the air will run you out and the new heater core will warm you just right.all the power accessories work and a new 250 amp alternator and new inter state high amp batteries installed to keep every thing lit up strong. as they should and the cruise is spot on.power seat works.I built this truck to keep but recently found my dream car and bought it. and i have another 1st gen that i built as a back up so something needs to go. my loss is your gain.feel free to call about any questions you might have ,i want to sell so bid all you will the highest bidder will own it.435-218-1357 thanks for looking ...
