Original, adult, non-smoker owner. Southern car that has always been garaged. This 1 owner car has no modifications done to it besides tinted windows. All original, unmolested, excellent example of this hard to find model in the right colors. I bought this car brand new in Atlanta. It is now in North Carolina. It has 162k+ original low miles (and being driven very sparingly). This car is mechanically perfect. It absolutely needs nothing. Timing belt done when it was supposed to (around 90k miles), oil changed religiously every 3,500 miles, good tires (about 20k miles on them), no leaks, no issues, no expense spared in keeping it 100%, no problem driving it across the country tomorrow if desired. The black leather interior is in excellent condition overall. There is some typical wear on the driver's seat bolster (please see photos at link below), a little water bottle ring staining of the center console under the slide out cup holder (very minor), and a few scuffs on the headliner (very minor). The original Acura floor mats are shown in the photos. Power windows, locks, mirrors, antenna. Original AM/FM/CD. Cruise control and glass power sunroof. Everything works. Period. The body has absolutely no rust and is completely dry underneath. It has original paint with typical minor fading and road chips. Many years ago the car was backed into while parked damaging the rear hatch. This was professionally replaced and painted. With the years the hatch is slightly mis-matched in color under the right light. There is a very small ding above the driver's side rear wheel (no paint damage), and three small dents on the roof caused by the DirecTV guy dropping a part off my house roof onto the car (no paint damage and can be fixed with suction type dent removal). There are a few scratches from a shopping cart on the right rear corner. There is some paint flaking off on the driver's side mirror stem. This car has never been in a moving accident of any type. All issues above where caused while the car was parked. Overall, a very presentable exterior with original paint (except the rear hatch as noted), so you can see exactly what you're getting.
