2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport Selling as is. Perfect candidate for a Hemi swap! Jeep starts and runs, however there is a loud rattling/tapping sound coming from the engine. Had the lifters replaced hoping that would be the solution, however that did not solve the problem. Most likely the engine will need to be re-built or replaced. The transmission is good through all the gears except for reverse. This is a common problem with these jeeps and there is even a reverse gear re-build kit available to fix it. This will have to be done professionally at a transmission shop as special tools are required. Also, if having the Jeep shipped, be sure to advise the shipper that it will NOT go into reverse. Cosmetically the Jeep is in excellent condition, only normal wear and tear. Interior is clean with no odors. Besides the mechanical issues, this is a very nice Wrangler.
