You are looking at a very nice example of a 1974 BMW R75/5. This is a long wheel base model. This bike has been well maintained and cared for. It has been 100% completely serviced along with the following; New Progressive fork springs, seals and heavy duty fork oil. New Metzeler tires front and rear, New battery from BMW. All drive fluids were changed as well as engine oil and filters. This bike is a rider and is 100% ready to ride. The mileage is original at just over 28,000. The bike comes with a shop manual and an owners manual. Also there is a crash bar and original BMW front fairing that needs repair that is pictured which is also included. You will not be disappointed with this 43 year old Toaster Tank cream puff. It is a very dependable old classic that turns heads where ever it goes. The bike was originally sold in 1974 and therefore was titled as a 1974. 1973 was the last year for this BMW model. I listed it as a 1974 because that is what is on the clear California title.
