Shipping and handling will not be refunded under any circumstances. All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee after the the return policy expired All returnable merchandise requires an RMA number. All RMA requests need to be in writing by Email. Please provide the item number, item description and pictures. Items damaged during shipping will be claimed (forwarded) to the shipper (USPS or FedEx). Images will be required to show proof of damage as well as packaging used and damage to boxes etc. The buyer will be responsible for all return back to SBC Gadgets and for the costs associated with that shipment. You may return items within the return policy period for a full refund, provided the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
