Up for auction is a 1982 Ford Thunderbird that needs a little work. I bought it a few years ago hoping to restore it because i like the 1980-82 T birds and Cougars, i had the carburetor rebuilt, spark plugs and wires, fuel pump replaced and  new tires. the shift position indicator string broke and while i replaced it the speedometer stopped working and the directional indicators on the dash stopped working , signals still work but the lights dont  flash on dash. the car runs ok , previous owner installed performance mufflers so the car does not run as quiet as it should. The body has rust and dings, undercarriage is not rusty though. vinyl top is a bit dry, interior is pretty good ,seats are very comfortable but have some wear , driver window works , passenger window does not , power seat works .
