This Eldorado is in great working order, I purchased it with plans to make it a daily driver it had the infamous head gasket issue. It has a used engine with 60k from LKQ that runs strong, no smoke and no leaking. While the engine was out water pump, alternator, starter, A/C compressor, tensioners (serpentine and water pump), belts (serpentine and water pump), hoses/lines (coolant, oil cooler, trans cooler), spark plugs, mounts, radiator, and battery were all replaced. The transmission was gone through and updated with the revised tcc solenoid and new torque converter. Front struts, springs, mounts replaced (electronic suspension deleted on the front) and rear air compressor replaced. New rotors, pads, calipers, and lines replaced front and rear. Brand new tires installed. The car is in very good mechanical shape, I just ran out of time to finish some of the interior details. The radio, speakers, and power antenna was replaced, but like any Cadillac of this age there are some of the interior issues, the leather has tightened on some of the interior panels. The heated seats are inoperative and there is a small tear in the drivers front seat from sliding in and out. Cup holder in the arm rest will not retract. All electronics work as they should.
