This is a scarce Arizona 1973 Porsche 911T Targa project, 2.4T CIS motor What makes it special is she is unchanged from when it was first delivered to Phoenix in 1973, except for a few dealer add on's like Air Conditioning and Recaro seats. What makes it scarce is the 2.4L motor with factory Bosch Jetronic CIS Injection, 5 Speed transmission, Air Conditioning, Recaro Sport Seats, original skinny 5 x original Fuchs wheels, factory front spoiler, 89163 original miles, rust/rot free Arizona preserved body & tub and more. I bought this Porsche from the son of the original owner about 8 years ago. The original owner bought it new in 73 and registered it in Phoenix Arizona. It lived in Arizona all its lif, right up till today (I live in Arizona). In the late 90’s the original owner got sick and later passed away in 2000. The son inherited it and left it stored in the garage, till it was sold to me in 2000. The son shared that his father was doing a basic restoration. Started with a partially disassembled and repainted in the 1990’s to look good enough to just drive, a basic repaint. Targa top is working and intact and shows age. The Interior is still original and showing wear and age. Keys work the door locks and the ignition. Comes with clean and open notarized Arizona Title & open bill of sale. Papers are in order and can be exported anywhere. I have stored it in my Flagstaff warehouse for the last 8 years awaiting restoration. She is not running, has not been driven in 17+ years. She is 98-99% complete (photos show her condition). What’s missing or need? A carpet kit (trunk & floors), the stereo, weather stripping around door jambs, trunk & hood and the Targa band edge, front & rear window gasket chrome trim, "passenger side door" inner arm rest handle & mechanisms, tools, jack, trunk carpet (I may have missed something). Front turn signal lenses do not match. All easy to find online. Comes with inner "driver’s side door" arm pad, handle & mechanism, newer pair of sun visors, found manual and plastic folder under seat, fan & compressor belts. The motor has been sitting too long and is in need of a full service or rebuild. Will ship with all the extras to anywhere in the US or overseas.
