Vehicle Detail
2005 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG 469 Horsepower/516 ft-lbs torque (5.5L Supercharged V8)143K miles 0 Accidents/ Clean History(Actual Vehicle Owners is less than calculated amount shown, as previous owner had it registered to 3 different states)Options:White exterior/black interiorNavigation Heated seatsPanoramic sunroof Distronic (Radar Cruise Control) - Very rare on E55 AMG'sParktronic (park distance monitoring)Keyless goPush button startHID Xenon headlampsAux InputCarbon fiber rear diffuserCarbon Fiber rear lip spoilerAll 4 corners air suspension components just replaced with Arnott's!!(Arnott Air Suspension Front Strut Assemblies AS-2788/AS-2787) (Arnott Rear Air Springs/Bags A-2725)Oil Just changed (Full Mobil 1 synthetic and OEM oil filter)High mile transmission service doneFuel system recall completedNew brake padsNew supercharger beltNew serpentine beltNew spark plugs and wiresGood Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3 tiresItems that need attention:The front lower control arms on both sides will need replacement as the bushings are shot. This causes a clunking sound when going over bumps and the alignment to be way off. (This was next on my to-do list after changing the air struts.)After replacing the control arms, it will need an alignment (steering wheel not centered and will cause distronic/cruise control to disable). SRS dash light illuminated. Front fenders have small cracks/ slight bend on the edge above the wheel wells from turning the wheel when the front air suspension needed replacement and the tires rubbed.Navigation screen has some dead pixels.I only have one key for the vehicle and no owner's manual.Has normal wear and tear for an 11 year old car- such as a few minor door dings, paint abrasions, etc.Payment:I still have a loan on this vehicle with State Farm Bank. The buyer can pay them directly and have them send the title to their address, or I will accept cash and send the buyer the title once I receive it from State Farm. Whichever you as the buyer are more comfortable with, either works for me.The E55 is parked in the garage where it will remain until sold. It is no longer registered or has insurance, so please make sure you have a plate and make arrangements with your insurance company before driving it home.Other than the above issues, the vehicle runs strong and has been very reliable for me. It's in great shape for its age and mileage, and has been a lot of fun to drive. Don't forget, this car was almost $100K new! It's a lot of car for the money... Thanks for looking!
