Vintage British Sports Car Motoring at its Best. A 1957 Austin-Healey 100-6 Convertible with only 58,765 Actual documented miles which is also stated Actual and not exempt on the title. This Big Healey has been collector car owned and stored in a climate controlled showroom. It was given a full mechanical and cosmetic restoration during 2000-2002 and has only been driven approx. 6000 miles since completion. A large folder of all highly detailed restoration receipts and invoices are present and included. This 100-6 looks, runs and drives spectacular. It quickly fires at the push of the start button, idles smoothly and takes off without hesitation. It drives down the road smooth and straight with no rattles or vibrations and quickly brakes without issue. The British Racing Green paint has a deep brilliant shine with very few imperfections if any. All of the chrome shines brightly as well. The convertible soft top is also like new as it was rarely used. Side screens are in very condition and most likely original to the car. New 15" chrome knock-off wire wheels with Dunlop tires, Lucas fog lamps and fender mirrors perfect the classic British Sports car appearance. The photos were taken just after sunrise so the paint color shows a little brighter due to direct sunlight in some of the photos. There is also a refection from the pavement and no light spots in the paint. Only a Beautiful deep, dark and shiny British Racing Green finish. The interior is as stunning as the exterior showing very minimal wear if any on the black leather seats piped in green, carpets, door panels and dash. An upgraded Moto-Lita leather wrapped steering wheel looks and feels much better than the original. Custom Coco mats are a nice finishing touch. Included with the sale is the large folder of service and restoration records since 2000, convertible soft top and frame, tonneau cover and sliding side window screens.
