You are bidding on a beautiful 1965 Mustang Convertible. One documented owner since 1967 and the car comes with the original owners manual. This car has been garage kept and maintained over its 50+ year life. The car is a nice driver and has a clean NJ title. It has 85K original miles. The original 289 motor and automatic transmission runs and drives great. An amateur restoration was done in 1980. The paint, body, convertible top, undercarriage, glass, interior are all driver quality. Power steering, power convertible top, drum brakes all work. All electrical is in working order. Automatic Convertible top is in good working condition and moves up and down flawlessly. All glass is in good shape and the windows go up and down with ease. Undercarriage is solid with a small patch job on the back driver floor. The body and paint have the normal wear of a 50+ year old car with dings, scratches, cracks but very nice, but not show quality. The tires are newer with plenty of tread and original hub caps.
