Up for auction is a 2008 BMW R1200 RT. I’m selling this bike for my best friend as he is not so eBay savvy. As you can see from the photos this bike is very clean with only minimal wear for 65,600 miles. The included BMW top case is painted to match the bike. The blue paint is not a factory color, but was painted to match his R1200 GS. The time has come to make room in the garage and this is the bike he rides the least, as he just can’t stay out of the dirt. Factory options included are, Heated Grips, Heated Seats, Cruise Control, Electric Windscreen, ESA. This bike also has engine and luggage crash bars installed and some very loud horns sure to make cagers jump when they start to merge into your lane. Everything works like it should and this bike is ready to ride. He has set a low starting bid and no reserve. The winning bidder will pay a $500.00 deposit via PayPal at auctions end. The balance can be payed in the way of cash, bank transfer, personal check or money order. Once funds are clear, the winning bidder can pick the bike up or arrange for shipping. Shipping will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. He will ride the bike to the local BMW dealer here in Las Vegas and meet the shipper there if you decide to use one.
