1977 BMW R100/7 1977 BMW R100/7 The R100/7, BMW's big seller at the time it came out. There was the S series for the Cafe set or the RS for the status conscious. But the R100/7 was without a doubt the workhorse of the Bavarian Motor Works. This was the model that is the favorite of the tourist as well as the working class. The slash seven was as at home on the superslab as it is in the crowded city traffic.
