2005 Honda Civic DX 2-door coupe with a 4-speed and Frosty Ice Cold Air Conditioning I'm helping my mechanic sell this car, so I will explain everything I know. He serviced this Honda for years, so he knows it is mechanically in tip top shape. The body is still in pretty good original condition, but could use some minor repair to the front bumper cover. It has some typical little imperfections from being 11 years old, but you really have to get very close to the car to see any of them. It is a great looking driver as it sits. I saw no signs of this car ever being involved in any accidents. The timing belt and the water pump were both replaced this past March. There was a new Car Quest battery installed less than two years ago, and a brand new set of four tires were mounted just before the new battery was installed. The engine compartment is just a little dusty, but this car starts right up and drives and handles great. It was always well maintained with regular oil changes every 2000 miles. It is believed that all the glass is the original tinted glass from the Honda factory. The interior still presents itself very well showing very minimal wear and even has the 150 mph speedometer. This is an Ultra Low Emission Vehicle that is EPA and C.A.R.B. certified. Included in the glove compartment are the original Honda owner's manual, Honda warranty manual, Honda service history, and the Honda quick start guide. There is a wide variety of the original Honda keys. One key even has the original plastic sleeve on the unused key that came with this Honda new from the factory. It looks as if the original space saver spare was never used, and the original jack, and tool kit is also included in the trunk. This way if there is ever a mishap on the road you can be back cruising in a matter of minutes. The original trunk mat is still in good condition and the back seat folds down in case you ever need to carry some larger items they will fit nicely inside the car. This is a great daily driver as it is, or it could easily be upgraded with a high performance exhaust system. It would be very hard to find one of these Honda's in Black with the original paint and the highly desirable 4-speed that has the cool rear spoiler option. What you see is what you get! As shown in the pictures this Honda Civic is in better condition than what Nada classifies as an average condition car.
