1968 Camaro Z/28 sold new at Dale Chevrolet in Waukesha Wiconsin purchased new by an employee of the dealership. Last owner had owned since 1989 over which time he restored the car. Original British Racing Green with white stripes, interior is 100% original even the carpet and dash paint. Original BV coded rear end still in the car (4:10 posi). Original M21 4 speed with matching VIN. The shifter is the original muncie and works great. The car only has 41,000 total miles since new. The engine short block was replaced under warranty in 1969, retains the correct heads, DZ carb, 837 alternator, manifolds etc. The 302 CE engine block is dated 68 and is correct 3914678 casting number. It still runs 11:1 pistons and solid lifter camshaft. The car runs and drives great and has been well sorted out so you can get it and drive it anywhere. You can see from the pictures the floors are solid and clean as is the trunk. The rear quarters and outer wheel houses were replaced when restored. The original E70X15 tire sticker is on the glove box door on the original paint. Original 4 piston front disc brakes. Previous owner has talked to all the owners except the original one and the second owner still has the paperwork for the car. The car has the correct E70X15 wide tread gt tires and I also have new set of BF Goodrich wide letter radials if you prefer them instead.
