Vehicle Detail
1968 Plymouth Barracuda Notchback 225 cid 6 cylinder 3 speed automatic A/C car originally from Texas. Has low miles considering it is a 48 year old car - average is 2,716 miles per year. This Barracuda starts, runs and drives with no problems. It could use a carburetor rebuild and the brakes are somewhat soft but they most likely just need to be bled. The parking brake works. A/C is all present but needs a recharge. The body panels all fit exceptionally well - no evidence of body damage. The hood fits well and closes as it should. I started to strip the paint and removed the vinyl top to do a repaint and have lost interest in finishing this car. I bought it as a near survivor car because the only thing that appears to be changed are the seats have been reupholstered and the dash pad was redone. It also has a newer radiator. I have the original MoPAR radiator that goes with the Barracuda. I have the windshield trim, the Barracuda fender emblem and the rear trim that goes between the tail lights - all included. It has power steering, standard (non-power) brakes and the complete original bumper jack is present and stored as it should be. It has a spare tire Defects: missing ash tray, missing glove box; dent in rear bumper; headliner seam; right rear inner fender well has a hole (see photo of the trunk jack); trunk floor has some pinholes and other defects. I have a clear Colorado title in my name. Please call me if you want additional photos or have any questions Eight One Two Eight Seven Zero Nine Four Two Two
