This is a great looking car... Not many 340 Dusters this nice for sale out there.. Lemon Twist Yellow looks great !! I bought this Plymouth 340 from a guy here in Florida and it is NICE.. He said he got it from an older man that had it for many years and it was a Florida car... This is a very pretty original color Lemon Twist yellow.. The car isn't a show car but is of very nice driver condition. The paint still pops and decals look sweet.. A spot of surface rust where paint is rubbed off and a couple bubbles but no rust holes showing on it.. The trunk and underside look super FLORIDA solid. You would be hard pressed to find a much clean real 340 Duster. Vin tag is in place on the dash as well as vin sticker on the door jamb as well as fender tag is on the fender and all three match the title.. CLEAR FLORIDA TITLE IN HAND... The trunk is in amazing shape. The rear spoiler on trunk lid has been patched and repainted, something I would replace someday if you want a show looking car. Original radio is gone. Car runs and sounds super nice. I don't know Plymouths very well but the owner said he thought it was the original rebuilt 340 engine but I don't know how to verify that and don't know how to prove that. (Any help on where to look and I will find the numbers if I can) But the vin shows it to be an original built 340 car. Runs great on the road, it just shifts at a higher speed into highway drive so I assume it has had the gears changed. But runs hard and nice. A couple very small surface rust spots. Very easy fix on them. Body and undercarriage looks super nice. No engine leaks under the car and does not smoke when you start it up. It shifts right into reverse, neutral, drive and low drive fine. When going down the road it shifts into high drive at 50ish and then runs out great at 70-75 down the highway. I'm not mechanically inclined so it might be it just a band needs tightened or some linkage adjustment or maybe even a transmission flush as it has been sitting for awhile (No leaks anywhere transmission or engine). I' m just adding this to the listing so whoever buys it will be happy with it. It still drives out great and the engine sounds strong and runs great on the highway. I see these REAL H code 340 Dusters are selling for over $20,000 so with mine having no reserve someone is getting a super great buy on a great driver REAL 340 4BBL Duster..
