We are the original owners of this 2005 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer. It has just over 161,000 miles on it. Here are the current issues with the truck: It needs timing chain work. I took this to my mechanic and he thinks the timing chain tensioner is broken which is a typical repair required on this truck at this age. It will run, but it sputters and will periodically stall when stopping. Once the engine reaches an equilibrium, it will run just fine. It does need to be repaired, though, soon.The keypad on the door no longer works. I think there is a short somewhere in the wiring.The heated and AC seats no longer work; I think this has something to do with the keypad not working and the wiring harness might have a short somewhere causing these issues.The body mounts are creaking and may need to be tightened or replaced. Here is what we've done recently: The tires are less than two years old and in very good conditionWe just replaced the ball joints in July 2015We just replaced all of the suspension in December 2015The transmission is less then 3 years oldThe starter was replaced in 2015The air conditioning was replaced in 2014The front brake lines were replaced int he last two yearsAll of the brake rotors were turned recently and the brake pads replacedIf you are good with vehicles and can repair the timing chain problem, this will be a good truck for you. I'd recommend NOT driving it, but have it shipped to where you want it. I will be happy to work with a shipper if you are not local. On Jun-20-16 at 05:18:45 PDT, seller added the following information: I added pictures to show the major blemishes on the body. There is a small golf ball sized dent in the left front fender where a golf ball struck the truck. There are also a few small scratches on the driver side panels where a neighborhood kid scratched the car. We had it mostly repaired (we caught the guy too!). There is a scuff on the right rear bumper where I backed into another trailer when I was parking my boat trailer. I can drive in reverse with trailers better now.
