This vehicle has passed the PA Enhanced Safety Inspection and is being sold with a PA rebuilt title that is ready to register and drive. The reason for the rebuilt title is because by law if a stolen vehicle is not found within a few weeks the insurance company has to pay a total loss to the owner of the vehicle, later if the vehicle is recovered it belongs to the insurance company and is sold with a salvage rebuildable title. UP FOR SALE 2012 Honda Accord EX-L with 48352 miles. We bought this vehicle from the insurance company as a recovered theft. We got this car into our shop in good condition except for minor dents & scratches. ( Please see detailed photos below).... This car runs & drives smoothly, is mechaniclly sound, and has no dash warning lights on. This vehicle has passed the PA Enhanced Safety Inspection and is being sold with a PA rebuilt title that is ready to register and drive.

The reason for the rebuilt title is because by law if a stolen vehicle is not found within a few weeks the insurance company has to pay a total loss to the owner of the vehicle, later if the vehicle is recovered it belongs to the insurance company and is sold with a salvage rebuildable title.
