ESTATE BARN FIND This 1926 Buick Master Sedan Series Master 6 is for sale and located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This car has something very rare and hard to find, “ The original Receipt from the day it was purchased with the correct serial number and the papers from where it was purchased. It was purchased from a prominent Hotel Owner in New York City and I have the original papers that will go with it as well as the original Owners Manual. This car has a lot of extras that will come with it including, Tire Tools, Original Hand Crank, Original Oiler, and a bunch of other stuff. 1926 was the beginning of the peak for roaring 20s. People wanted bigger and more lavish things than ever before and this would hold true especially in the car world. Buick would be happy to oblige these requests by completely dropping the 4 Cylinder engine all together and going with either the entry 207 CID straight 6 or the mammoth 274 CID which is what is found in this one. This 7 passenger 1926 Buick has been restored at some point a long time ago and needs some TLC. The paint will definitely need to be replaced if you want a show car. The car has paint cracks and bubbling under the paint which tells me that it was not correctly prepped before painting. Its classic Burgundy and Black paint is in Fair condition and will need some updating. The real wooden spoke wheels are in sound condition with the huge New Firestone Gum Dipped Whitewalls looking like they came right out of the movie Good-fellas. Open the doors and the massive interior is in fair condition for age and shows well but could use a good cleaning. All doors open and close fine with NO sagging or problems. Front windshield rolls up about two inches for air to get to driver which is really neat and rare. Front and Back widows roll up and down fine. Upfront is the huge bench seat and is covered in period correct Mohair fabric believed to be original but not sure, all fabric mohair is dark red throughout. With this being said, this 7 passenger is in “OK-VINTAGE-OLD” condition and if your picky, then this might not be for you. ” This CAR RUNS - AND THE BRAKES WORK AND STOP- AND IT SHIFTS FINE-THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WORKS-THE LIGHTS WORK “! Rear brake-light says stop and works. “ IT WILL NEED SOME DASH INSTRUMENTS INSTALLED ” When I bought it the dash instruments were not in the vehicle but there was a box that has a Buick speedometer and a amp gauge and a oil gauge but you may need one other gauge not sure what it would be, maybe a clock - The car runs fine without the gauges but I have not tried installing the gauges. Buyer responsible for pick up and immediate Deposit of $500.00 to hold car is required and car will not leave my house until check clears or money order is cashed or Cash in hand. NO TIME FOR GAMES! I am settling an estate, NO REFUNDS OR PROMISES GIVEN, YOU BID - YOU WIN - YOU BUY! SIMPLY PUT- IF YOU ARE UNSURE OR IF YOU HAVE TO ASK YOUR WIFE OR HUSBAND OR THE GUY NEXT DOOR THEN DO NOT BID! Thanks for your understanding!
