Excellent paint, no rust, all mechanicals and electric working and in good xocondition. Near new tires, brakes. Interior is in good condition with average wwear on the driver's leather (no major tears or issues anywhere). Headliner is intact but showing some age (it has some push-in upholsterer's studs installed to remove sag...looks fine and the ceiling isn't drooping or weird) Runs strong, trans shifts perfectly, air works, nice clean daily driver or perfect project for resto or customization. Car is registered and used occasionally in NYS as a weekend driver ISSUES: small power steering leak (it seems to be the pump return hose and is slow) valve covers slight leak (this is typical for Jags...but you knew this already...) right front sway bar bushings need replacing (small clunking sound; the rebuid kit for Jag front ends includes the bushings for this and is readily available and runs around $250; it's an easy repair) original auto seatbelt mechanisms removed by previous owner when car painted and not replaced. I installed retractable sash belts from earlier model in order to pass inspection in NY state; the original lap belts are still in place however there's a small hole under the passenger seat in the floorboards...a small patch could easily be welded or riveted in pace A/C will need a charge as it sat since last summer without being driven (I garage-keep it when the snow starts!) I will consider driving a reasonable distance with the car for the winning bidder...I've driven it to NYC roundtrip (7 hrs each way) a few times over the past summer and the car is great on the highway. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere.
