First things First. This is a No Reserve Auction: I’ve sold about 8 cars on ebay, and my pledge is always the same, if when the buyer sees the car and finds something of medium or higher significance that was not disclosed, I will refund the entire sale. I’m the second owner (10 years, car originally from FL) and hate to sell this car, but additional Grandchildren demand a third row seat, so I bought a new SUV. This vehicle runs and handles like new. These X5s are a drivers SUV. Any maintenance that was needed has been completed. Everything works. There are a few stone chips that have been touched up. Nothing leaks under the car. The only modification I made was to add an audio AUX-in, neatly installed in the ashtray area (see picture). It was a straight forward install. Note: what appears in these pictures is not a dis-coloration, rather a reflection from outside light. If you think about it in terms of cost and mileage, this vehicle will sell for approximately 1/6 of the original price, and provide at least 2/3 of the expected mileage. Has all manuals, window sticker, 2 sets of keys. See picture Key options are power sun roof, power driver seat, single CD player, Xeon head lights, 3.0 L in-line 6. I changed the oil/filter at regular intervals with only Castrol full synthetic 5-30 per factory specs. Changed within 500 miles. Has current (March 2016) NYS inspection. There are no open or pending OBD II codes. The only defect is the crease in the driver seat, see picture. The wheels do show where the brake dust has imbedded in the paint. Anyone handy could sand them with 400/1000 grit and paint with good spray paint.
