Selling my 33 Ford Truck Street Rod. ** I would be interested in trading for a 1959 Chevy El Camino. Nothing else. And if you buy it, dont back out! This is a cool, clean, reliable, fun to drive truck. Here are some specs..Steel body, doors, hood and sides, grille, and steps. Fenders are all fiberglass.Excellent running, reliable, and powerfull 351 Cleveland. It does not smoke, knock, or leak any oil. There is a small exhaust leak somewhere, just started, minor but should be fixed. The intake manifold is an edelbrock and the carb is a 650 Holley. Smooth shifting C6 transmission. Shifts great if you just put in drive or shift with the Lokar nostalgia shifter.The rear axle is a ford 9" with no locker. I believe the gears are 308 gears.The whole driveline is excellent and works very well. The truck does scoot!The brakes are disc front and drum rear. They are in good shape.The tires are like new.The paint was done in 2007 and still shows well.The front suspension is mustang 2 with rack and pinion, feels and rides great, rails corners at speed.The bottom Of the bed is all aluminum and carries the oustide fender wheel arch all the way through so a big wide tire can be run on it. The body has no rust. The truck really shows very well. The interior i believe is from 70s or earlier all diamond pleated. The dash, roof ,back rest, seat and door upholstry is all very excellent condition. The carpet on the floor is faded and looks worn. It would be easy to replace but doesnt bother me. The seat flips foreward and is all room for storage underneath.. lots of room.The aluminum box in the bed also has storage room for lawn chairs and whatever else.Some custom touches also are rear body rivets all smoothed out, smoothed rear tailgate (non functioning welded and smoothed gate) smoothed visor rivets also. The v8 emblem on the headlight bar was originally on the grille, but is now on the re chromed light bar. The front and rear bumpers have been re chromed and look great also. All around a great old street rod 33 truck driver. Its not perfect but is Very very good and Very very reliable. Plenty of power and drives smooth. Built well. You will be happy with it.
