The car is being sold "as-is". It is driving fine BUT the engine light is ON and when we took it in to local mechanic (not a MINI dealer) we were told it is a transmission issue. We don't want to deal with a potentially expensive MINI transmission repair. The car is in really good condition inside and out. The tires are like new.
