I purchased this car in California a couple of years ago to use as a parts car. It was running at the time. The owner had started to convert it to a 12 volt system. Presently the wiring would all have to be replaced. All the mechanical parts are present for a running car, not all the interior panels, upholstery or doodads are there however. As you can see in the pictures there is a second 288 cu. in. engine in the trunk. Both engines were running when the project started. I don't believe either engine has been bored out. The car does not seem to have been in an accident. It can be restored relatively easily, used as a parts car or used as the basis of a modified car. The two engines alone are worth the starting price! If you are the fortunate winning bidder for this car you will need to arrange to pick it up or have it picked up in the South Tucson, AZ area. After a month a small storage fee can be arranged.
