In overall average condition, this car was recently serviced at the local Subaru dealer, all the fluids changed and a tune up done. I picked the car up and drove 51 miles on the hi-way before the engine overheated. I did not notice the temp gauge was pegged at red until it was to late.The local Subaru dealer that had done the tune up and fluid change refused to fix the car. They accepted no responsibility. I have service receipts to show the work. Prior to that the car was a trade in and purchased threw a local dealer auction. Engine turns over and will attempt to start, but dies quickly. Transmission shifted smoothly prior to this and the car was very very quick. AC was blowing cold. The car has a clear Texas blue title. Out of state buyers will be given the original Texas clear blue title. The title will be assigned to the buyer with a bill of sale for the purchase amount. Texas residents must pay state sales tax and the car will be transferred to your name. The car will be transferred "title only" no inspection or tags will be issued. (title only since the car will now not pass inspection) A $149.00 fee will be charged in addition to the final auction price for fees associated with removing the vehicle and title transfer. This car is sold as is. The $200.00 deposit is non refundable. Car must be picked up with in 21 days or the deposit is forfeited and the car will be relisted. The Car can only be picked up Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. . Clear 48 hour advance notice of pick up must be provided. If you have the car shipped I will assist with removal and work with the shipper during normal business hours. A $149.00 fee will be charged in addition to the final auction price for fees associated with sale and transfer The car is located in Beaumont TX.
