This 1997 Nissan Altima is owned by a friend who bought it as a second car and then just never used it that much. It only has 104 thousand miles on a really great, well maintained engine. This is the truly rugged Nissan motor. It does not have a timing belt. It has a chain and so you do not have to worry about replacing that belt every so many miles. It's a fast little car that goes really far on a gallon of gas! The car has done some sitting but when I charged the battery it came right up and the car runs really well. The tires look almost new. The exhaust looks new. The interior is very good with some signs of wear. The dash is excellent. I drove it a bit to test and everything works. It shifts well, stops well and runs straight. I did not test the air but was told it works. The ignition key sticks sometimes when it is in the lock position so it might need a switch. The car is cosmetically challenged on the outside. It sat under a big oak and has some pock marks on the hood and roof from acorn bombs. Some of the clear coat has peeled on the trunk area. It's a 20 footer. The pictures tell the story best. This is a great chance at some inexpensive transportation, a second car, a student car, a car that will probably go and go without much worry or money spent. It is priced for quick sale with no reserve and is sold as is. It is for sale locally but I will not sell it out from under bidders once there is a first bid.
